SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee and completion of your consent form. The booking fee reserves your appointment and ensures that you are serious about booking your appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Failure to complete your consent form and submit the booking fee will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
Appointments must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the day of your appointment through the booking website/application. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled if unconfirmed within 48 hours before the appointment date/time. Your consent form must be completed to its entirety prior to your appointment or your appointment will be declined/cancelled. IS THE BOOKING FEE REFUNDABLE?
No, all booking fees/prepayments are non-refundable. Booking fees are applied to your service grand total. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your appointment date. Failure to cancel your appointment before 72 hours with a no show will be subject to a 100% service charge. Booking fees/prepayments are forfeited upon appointment cancellation.
CONSENT FORM
Consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment to finalize your appointment reservation. If your consent form is not completed before your appointment you will be asked to complete your consent form at the beginning of your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if you decline to complete your consent form.
APPOINTMENT DISQUALIFICATION/CONTRAINDICATIONS
Disqualifications and contraindications are identified based on your consent form. If you are not a good candidate for our treatments we will inform you by text, email or a phone call and ask that you provide a doctor's note for clearance for your health and safety.
REFUND POLICY
All booking fees/prepayments, gift cards, packages and services are non refundable.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
One reschedule is allowed with a waived additional booking fee. All future rescheduled appointment require a brand new booking fee. Pre-payment in full is required to reschedule after 3 reschedules or more.

SHIPPING POLICY
